Welcome to the Asian-American Seventh-day Adventist Church in Bakersfield, CA.

We are a loving community of various cultures and ethnicities preparing for the Second Advent of Jesus. We would love to have you join our family.

  1. We have resumed worship services at 6715 E Brundage Ln, Bakersfield, CA 93307 while construction is ongoing in our new sanctuary. We solicit your prayers as we anticipate completion by October 2024.
  2. Plan to join us on September 7-14 for the HopeNow nightly seminars. It will be held at 612 Sharon Pl, Bakersfield, CA 93308. The series will be led by Elder Paul H. Douglas, the CFO and Treasurer of the General Conference of SDA.
  3. Prior to the HopeNow seminars, there will be a 40-Days of Prayer for 8 weeks (weekdays only) facilitated by Zoom for 15 minutes daily. Mon/Wed/Fri at 7:00-7:15 AM, Tue/Thu at 12:00-12:15PM. We will announce the start date soon.
  4. You are welcome to our weekly services. We would love to bless you in fellowship and worship with us.
  • Bible Study: Wednesday 6:00 PM; Thursday 7:00 PM (call or text for location)
  • CARE Groups: Northeast, Northwest, Central, Southwest, Youth & Young Adults
  • Vespers: Friday 7:00 PM (call or text for location)
  • Sabbath School: Saturday 10:00 AM
  • Worship Service: Saturday 11:15 AM

5. We are part of a 4-church district called MOAST. It is an acronym for Mission: Oildale, Asian, Shafter, and Taft comprised of the following churches:
